Professor honored by International Organization for Mycoplasmology

Daniel R. Brown, Associate Professor, Veterinary Medicine / Infectious Diseases and Immunology

Dan Brown, Ph.D., an associate professor of infectious diseases and immunology in the college’s department of infectious diseases and immunology, has received the International Organization of Mycoplasmology’s 2021 Founder’s Award.

The organization promote the cooperative international study of mycoplasmas (Mollicutes) and mycoplasmal diseases. Brown’s award is being given in recognition of his outstanding efforts to promote the group and its contributions to advances in the science of mycoplasmology.
